We joked that he arrived faster than Jimmy Johns, freaky fast! Jade Smith came out this morning for a vehicle key fob duplicate to be made. He was amazing! The key works perfect, the process took under 15 minutes and he came right to my house. I will be sure to keep his info on hand to share with anyone I know needing locksmith work. I would highly recommend The Door Heroes to everyone!

Jade Smith was incredible! He was able to respond immediately on a Sunday night to help with a garage door.Due to the shoddy work that went into the unattached condo garage, there were some immediate issues/challenges. That didn't deter him one bit. He was meticulous and thoughtful, and came up with an out-of-the-box solution. When he was done, not only did my garage open, but he'd installed an emergency cord lock, ensuring this wouldn't be an issue again.SOOO cheesey, but he truly was a locksmith hero!Hopefully I won't need he services again any time soon, but it's great to know who to call should I need a locksmith in the future.

We had two of our cars broken into on Monday, causing a whirlwind of stress throughout our household. In addition to valuables that we shouldn't have left in the cars, they also took the remote key FOBs that were inside (far too trusting of our heretofore "safe" neighborhood)! After an all day back and forth with the Ford dealership to help with our security breach, we were quoted over $2000 to fix the situation, and it would take a number of days! As night fell, we were feeling desperate for a solution, as we didn't want to go to bed knowing some stranger(s) could take our cars at any time. We searched for a mobile locksmith in Brighton and found the Door Heroes. Spoiler alert: it was the best move ever! It was close to DH's closing time, but I reached out anyway, and after giving all the details of my cars and their remotes, Jade agreed to come out that night, extending his business hours to help our situation immediately! He provided us with new FOBs, deleted the stolen ones and cut the emergency keys within the FOBs right outside our garage in his mobile DH Command Vehicle! Jade's biggest concern was doing the job correctly so that we could sleep soundly, knowing we wouldn't be violated again.Take my word, contact Door Heroes for anything door, key or lock related and you will not be sorry. Don't think you have to go to the dealership to get a new FOB or have it programmed, and they don't really care about your situation anyway. Jade set us up for about 1/5 of what Ford had quoted us!I'm proud to say that I now have a Lock Guy, his secret identity is Jade, but he is the true Door Hero!
