Jade is THE BEST! I was out of the country when we got a water alarm. Tried two other locksmiths and neither called me back for over 2 hours. Jade answered immediately and was there in 20 minutes to let my neighbor in. It was a Sunday and the fee was ridiculously reasonable and he even cut two extra keys as a throw in. Great service.

Okay, 4 months ago my key fob fried for no reason I can figure. So I threw it in the drawer, pulled out my backup key fob and carried on.
