Jade is THE BEST! I was out of the country when we got a water alarm. Tried two other locksmiths and neither called me back for over 2 hours. Jade answered immediately and was there in 20 minutes to let my neighbor in. It was a Sunday and the fee was ridiculously reasonable and he even cut two extra keys as a throw in. Great service.

Okay, 4 months ago my key fob fried for no reason I can figure. So I threw it in the drawer, pulled out my backup key fob and carried on. I finally figured out that I should have the key fob replaced so I would have a backup. After googling the situation, I figured out I could not do it myself and did not want to go to the dealership as they are expensive. The Door Heroes, was the BEST, even thought we weren’t in his working area he still went out of his way and come to Stockbridge to make two keys and door openers for our Truck. He was at our house within 1 1/2 hour from the time I called. Took him about 15 min and my Husbands day was made. We would definitely use him again. He is quick and reasonable. Door Hero made my day so much better, gf got my key stuck in my ignition backwards (weird story) anyways struggled last night for about 4 hours to get it out before giving up. Got referred to him, he was able to come out in about 45 minutes. He was able to get the old key out in minutes and make me a new copy along with giving me a spare. Jade Smith is the man. Would definitely recommend him for any job you need super professional.
